When you register on PayPinz, we collect personal information such as your name, email address, job title, and country. When you tip or donate via the platform, we collect transaction metadata (profile slug, tipper name, custom messages, and timestamp). All credit card information is collected and processed securely by Stripe; PayPinz never has access to, nor stores, your payment card details.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to operate, maintain, and improve the Service, generate dynamic QR codes and tipping links, track transaction metrics in your dashboard, and send automated notifications (such as tip receipts and onboarding alerts).

3. Information Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We share details only with our payment processor, Stripe, to the extent necessary to verify connected accounts and execute tip payouts.

4. Data Security

We implement robust administrative, technical, and physical security measures (including secure database rules and HTTPS encryption) to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, or alteration.

5. Your Data Rights

You have the right to access, correct, update, or request deletion of your personal information stored in our database at any time by contacting us directly at support@paypinz.com.
